1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using myLogo.review, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the service does
myLogo.review is an AI-powered logo review tool. It provides logo scores, structured feedback, prioritized fix suggestions, public or private review pages, sharing tools, and downloads depending on your plan.
The Service gives design feedback and review content. It does not edit, redraw, generate final logo files, or guarantee that a logo is legally clear, trademarkable, original, or commercially successful.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
You need a verified account to submit logo reviews, save reviews, manage visibility, share private links, download exports, and manage your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that abuses plan limits.
4. Reviews, credits, and subscriptions
Each submitted logo analysis counts as one logo review, unless your plan clearly says otherwise. Monthly review limits reset on your account or subscription cycle. Unused credits do not roll over unless a plan specifically says otherwise.
Paid plans unlock additional review features, exports, and monthly review limits. Agency usage may be subject to fair use limits to prevent automated or abusive bulk use.
We may update plan names, pricing, limits, or included features. Significant changes for existing paid users will apply on a future billing cycle where required and will be communicated through the product or by email.
5. Payments, cancellation, and refunds
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account page. If you cancel, paid features generally remain available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. If a technical issue prevents service delivery, contact contact@mylogo.review so we can investigate.
6. Public, private, and shared reviews
You control whether a logo review is public or private. Public reviews may appear on public pages and may be indexed by search engines. Private reviews are intended to be visible only to your account and anyone with a private access link you choose to share.
Do not share a private access link with someone who should not view that review.
7. User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of logos and files you upload. By uploading content, you give myLogo.review permission to store, process, display, and analyze that content only as needed to provide the Service.
We do not claim ownership of your logos and will not use private uploaded logos for marketing without your permission.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and review the files you submit.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, hateful, malicious, or infringing content; attack or disrupt the Service; scrape or automate requests in bulk; bypass plan limits; reverse-engineer private systems; or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service, violate these Terms, create security risks, or violate fair use expectations.
9. AI disclaimer
AI feedback may be incomplete, imperfect, or subjective. Scores and suggestions are design-assistance signals, not professional legal, trademark, business, or financial advice. You should use your own judgment before presenting, publishing, registering, or selling a logo.
10. DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on myLogo.review infringes your copyright, contact contact@mylogo.review with enough detail for us to review the request.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, myLogo.review is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, reputational harm, client decisions, or business outcomes based on use of the Service.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify users through the product or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account details, profile details, uploaded logos, prompt/context text, review visibility settings, and support messages.
We also collect technical and usage information such as login/session data, device/browser information, IP address, pages viewed, approximate location derived from technical data, and product events such as uploads, downloads, sharing, and subscription actions.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide logo reviews, store and display saved reviews, manage public/private visibility, create private share links, process downloads, manage accounts, prevent abuse, improve the product, provide support, and handle subscriptions.
3. Uploaded logos and AI processing
Uploaded logos and any context you provide are processed to generate your logo review. We use an AI processing provider to analyze logos and return structured feedback. Uploaded logos are not used for AI training or model improvement by our AI processing partners.
For security and competitive reasons, we may not list every technical subprocessor in the product interface, but we only use service providers as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
4. Service providers and third parties
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting/database providers, AI processing providers, Stripe for payments and subscription management, email providers for transactional messages, security tools, and Google Analytics if analytics cookies are accepted or otherwise permitted.
We do not sell your uploaded logos or share them with third parties for their marketing.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
We use essential cookies or similar storage for login sessions, account security, CSRF protection, preferences, and core site functionality.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve the product. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies such as identifiers like _ga. Where consent is required, analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.
You can accept or decline analytics cookies from the cookie notice or the Cookie settings link in the footer. You may also clear cookies in your browser. Google provides more information about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Public reviews and search engines
If you set a review to public, the review page may be visible to other users and search engines. If you want a review to remain private, keep it private and avoid sharing private access links publicly.
7. Data retention and deletion
Uploaded logos and reviews stay on the platform until you delete the review, delete your account, or we remove the content according to these Terms. Account deletion removes personal account data, subject to legal, security, payment, and backup retention requirements.
Payment records may be retained by Stripe and by us where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal data. You can manage many settings in your account area or contact us at contact@mylogo.review.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong password and keep private links confidential.
10. International processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where our service providers operate. We use providers and safeguards intended to protect data according to applicable requirements.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data without proper consent, contact us.
