Frequently asked questions
myLogo.review is an AI logo review tool for designers, founders, and teams. Upload a logo and get a clear score, key risks, detailed scoring, and prioritized fix suggestions before showing the logo to clients or audiences.
No. The tool is built to support designers and founders with a second perspective. It helps catch weak spots, readability issues, scalability problems, and possible misinterpretations, but it does not replace professional design judgment.
No. myLogo.review analyzes the uploaded logo and gives feedback, scores, presentation copy, and improvement guidance depending on your plan. It does not automatically edit, redraw, or generate final logo files.
Every review includes a logo score, score summary, detailed score categories, and prioritized improvement suggestions in the "What to fix first" list. Paid plans add deeper sections such as use-case readiness, category positioning, logo suite verification, presentation copy, mockup ideas, and PDF downloads.
Yes. The review checks for unintended visual readings, including shapes that could look offensive, adult, intimate, or embarrassing. If a serious misinterpretation is detected, it is treated as a high-priority risk.
The score is an AI-assisted design signal, not an absolute truth. It is useful for spotting risks and prioritizing revisions, but you should still use your own design judgment and client context.
One submitted logo analysis counts as one logo review. If you upload a new image and ask for a new analysis, that uses another review credit.
Starter includes a limited number of free monthly reviews. Solopreneur includes more monthly reviews for individual designers and founders. Agency is built for heavier usage and includes unlimited reviews subject to fair use.
Monthly review limits reset on your monthly account or subscription cycle. Unused review credits do not roll over unless a plan specifically says otherwise.
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be managed from your account page. If you cancel, your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
You control visibility. Reviews can be private, public, or shared through a private access link. Free and paid users can keep reviews private.
No. Uploaded logos are used to generate your logo review and are not used for AI training or model improvement by our AI processing partners.
Private reviews are visible to your account and anyone with a private access link you choose to share. Public reviews can be viewed on public pages. You can change visibility from your review or account area.
Yes. You can delete individual reviews from your account area. You can also delete your account from your profile settings, which removes personal account data according to the privacy policy.
The upload form supports common image formats such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP. For best results, upload a clear image where the logo is visible and not heavily distorted by mockups or backgrounds.
Yes. On supported browsers, you can paste an image from your clipboard into the upload area after taking a screenshot.
The JPG download is a clean visual summary made for sharing. The PDF download is a fuller review export for saving, presenting, or sending to a client.
Logo suite verification checks what versions are visible in the uploaded logo and suggests deliverables you may still need, such as a standalone wordmark, logomark, one-color version, favicon, or secondary lockup.
